McRae Art Studios Venue Rental
McRae Art Studios' Gallery Hall and The Classroom, located at 1000 Arlington Street, Orlando, FL 32803, are available for rent. This is a great place to hold art events and meetings while being surrounded by the studios and art work of 23 of Central Florida's greatest artists. We have a limited number of tables and chairs. Renter will have access to 2 refrigerators, sinks and microwave to use during scheduled event in The Gallery Hall only. We have a maximum capacity for 135. The Classroom is approximately 42’ by 28’ and the Gallery Hall is approximately 16’ by 85’
Venue Pricing:
Base Rental of 2 hours: $200.00
Each additional hour: $100.00
Venue pricing does NOT reflect the additional $200.00 refundable security deposit. The minimum time the Venue may be rented is two (2) hours. This hour amount must include any time needed by the Renter to set up before scheduled event and clean up after scheduled event. Venue may be rented for two (2) to ten (10) hours in one hour increments (after the initial 2 hours).
Workshop rental pricing:
$300 per day from 9 am to 6 pm including set up and break down time. Pricing includes a McRae representative on the premises.
Pop Up Show and Exhibition pricing:
$300 per night plus 10% of sales. Show must be hung by the group or individual with the approval of the McRae hanging committee. Pricing includes a McRae representative on the premises.
