McRae Art Studios consists of 22 studios located in a renovated 10,000-square-foot industrial building west of downtown Orlando.  Studio sizes and costs vary based on availability.

We offer annual Studio Usage Agreements that begin on April 1 and expire on March 30 of each year. If any studios come available, we post on our website in early March.  We then collect applications and jury new candidates for a move-in date of April 1. 

We admit new members through a juried selection process, ensuring high artistic quality and diversity with artists in various stages in their careers. Our members vote on candidates after reviewing their bio, artist statement, artwork samples, or website.
